Each unit at Country Club Villas offers central heat & air-conditioning, a TV with VCR, and a fully-equipped kitchen
with microwave, dishwasher & garbage disposal. 1BR units have OCC: Max4/Pri2; 2BR units offer OCC: Max6/Pri4; and
the 3BR units have OCC: Max8/Pri6. Contact the resort for bed configurations; each unit varies. NO PETS ALLOWED. The resort
requires a security deposit of US$100 at check-in (by credit card--only MasterCard or Visa).

Resort comprised of 2-story townhomes; most units contain stairs. Unit view is not guaranteed. A car is necessary to fully

closed permanently. The resort no longer has golf on site.

From HWY 501 or Myrtle Beach Int'l Airport, take HWY 17-BYPASS south to the Surfside Beach/HWY 544 exit. Turn left
onto HWY 544 East and follow to the third stoplight. Turn right onto Hwy. 17- BUSINESS and follow 1/2 block, then turn
right onto the service/frontage road.Follow south past the Deerfield Plaza shopping center. Turn
right into Deerfield Plantation. * TAKE THE 1ST RIGHT AFTER THE YIELD SIGN, then turn right immediately after the mailboxes.
Follow signs to Reception Office.
