Waterskiing, boating, swimming, and sailing are just some of the ways to enjoy the lake. Another great way: board the triple-decker
Mount Washington, a replica 1872 steamboat. On-site amenities at Village of Winnipesauke include three lighted tennis courts
and an outdoor pool. Golfing is available within a short drive, as well as the Gunstock and Waterville Valley ski areas.

From Manchester airport: Travel north on I-93 to exit 23 and then east on Route 104 to Meredith. Turn right on US 3 and continue

- A $100 refundable Security Deposit is required at check-in.
- Office hours are Monday through Saturday from 9:00AM to 5:00PM & Sunday 10:00AM to 6:00PM. Check-in is between 4:00PM -
6:00PM.
- If arriving after 6 pm on Sunday, cotact the office for late arrival procedures Guest certificate policy is adhered to for
anyone other the member occupying the unit.
- The resort has 3 floors - no elevators. There are many stairs leading to most of the units. If you have special needs feel
free to call one of our vacation guides. They will do their best to find you a unit or resort that is special needs accessible.
- Calling card required for long distance calls.
- No pets allowed.
- A car is recommended to enjoy the area.
- Guest may use an indoor pool at a nearby facitlity for a minimal fee.
- During the 2nd week in June each year, the Winnipesaukee area hosts bike week. There are thousands of motorcycles and heavy
traffic delays. Atmosphere may be better suited for adults.
- There is limited trailer parking, no motor homes allowed.
- Smoking is not allowed in the units
- No pets are allowed on the resort property.
- The resort offers an outstanding location for exploring the lake region, white mountains, and New England. The staff is
very helpful in suggesting area activities and day trips.
