We are within walking distance of the most popular hotel casinos, including Bellagio, Venetian, Paris, Caesar's Palace and
Wynn Las Vegas. Onsite amenities include an exercise room, business center, and gift shop, as well as 12 outdoor pools and
five Jacuzzis throughout our 18-acre complex. In addition to arranging a visit to Death Valley, Hoover Dam, Lake Mead, or
the Grand Canyon, the resort's activities desk will assist you with tickets, tours, or entertainment during your stay.

- All suites at the Summer Bay Resort Las Vegas are air-conditioned, have washer and dryers, have cable television, a DVD or
VCR, a telephone with a data port for dial-up Internet connection, a full or partial kitchen and an in-room safe. All units
are non-smoking
- Studio suites (maximum occupancy 4) have 1 queen bed, 1 sleep sofa, and 1 full bath.
- 1 bedroom suites (maximum occupany 4) have 1 king or queen bed, 1 sleep sofa, and 1 or 1.5 baths.
- 2 bedroom suites (maximum occupancy 6) have 2 king or queen beds, 1 sofa bed, or 1 king or queen bed, 2 twin beds, 1 sleep
sofa, and 1 or 1.5 baths.
- There is a Las Vegas City Occupancy Tax charged at check-in, which is US$5.20 per night.

From McCarran International Airport, take Swenson (North) towards Las Vegas. Turn left (West) on Harmon Ave. Continue to Paradise

- All units have stairs and there is no elevator. If you have special needs feel free to call one of our vacation guides. They
will do their best to find you a unit or resort that is special needs accessible.
- In accordance with a Las Vegas ordinance, a local occupancy tax of $5.20 per suite per night will be imposed.
- If you are flying into McCarran International Airport, there are several public airport shuttle services that are available
24 hours a day directly outside the baggage claim area for a fee (approximately US $6 per person). Another option is a taxi
(approximately US $20). Once at the resort, we provide complimentary shuttle service to select hotel/casinos on the strip.
There is major ongoing construction at the resort entrance, as well as the surrounding area.
