We are within walking distance of the most popular hotel casinos, including Bellagio, Venetian, Paris, Caesar's Palace and
Wynn Las Vegas. Onsite amenities include an exercise room, business center, and gift shop, as well as 12 outdoor pools and
five Jacuzzis throughout our 18-acre complex. In addition to arranging a visit to Death Valley, Hoover Dam, Lake Mead, or
the Grand Canyon, the resort's activities desk will assist you with tickets, tours, or entertainment during your stay.

- All suites at the Summer Bay Resort Las Vegas are air-conditioned, have cable television, a DVD or VCR, a telephone with a
data port for dial-up Internet connection, a full or partial kitchen and an in-room safe.
- Studio suites (maximum occupancy 4) have 1 queen bed, 1 sleep sofa, and 1 full bath.
- 1 bedroom suites (maximum occupany 4) have 1 king or queen bed, 1 sleep sofa, and 1 or 1.5 baths.

From McCarran International Airport, take Swenson north towards Las Vegas. Turn left (west) on Flamingo Road and continue
to Audrie. Turn right (north) on Audrie. The resort is straight ahead at the corner of Audrie and Winnick. Shuttle services
directly to the resort are provided 24 hours a day by outside services, located outside the baggage claim area for a fee.

- All units have stairs and there is no elevator. If you have special needs feel free to call one of our vacation guides. They
will do their best to find you a unit or resort that is special needs accessible.
- In accordance with a Las Vegas ordinance, a local occupancy tax of $5.20 per suite per night will be imposed.
- If you are flying into McCarran International Airport, there are several public airport shuttle services that are available
24 hours a day directly outside the baggage claim area, and will bring you to the front door of the resort for approximately
six dollars per person. Another option is a taxi, and that cost will be approximately twenty dollars. Once at the resort,
we provide complimentary shuttle service to select hotel/casinos on the strip. There is ongoing construction on the resort
clubhouse and activity building for 2009, as well as the surrounding area.
Short Stay - Less than 7 Nights
- Please note: If you are staying less than 7 nights a mandatory housekeeping fee may apply. Please call one of our Vacation
Guides (during normal business hours) to learn the fee information for your specific rental property.
