The resort's activities director can help arrange fishing, sailing, and snorkeling tours for you. Tennis and golf facilities are within two miles. The state capital, Honolulu, features Pearl Harbor's USS Arizona Memorial, the International Market Place, Bishop Museum and the Honolulu Zoo.

• Laundry facilities are available on-site and dry cleaning may be sent out from the resort.
• Studio units (maximum occupancy 4) have 1 bath, 1 queen bed, and 1 sleep sofa.
• 1 bedroom units (maximum occupancy 6) have 1 or 2 baths, 1 queen bed, and 2 sleep sofas.
• A car is not recommended since parking spaces are limited; however, there is daily parking across the street from the resort at a public lot, and rates run from US$10.00 a day to park.
• The Resort is located within walking distance to many Waikiki attractions.
• The resort charges a State of Hawaii Transient Accommodations Tax ranging from US$15.00 to US$35.00 per unit per week confirmed.
• There are no elevators at the resort and the property is three stories tall. Please contact the resort in advance for handicapped unit requests or other special needs requests.

From the Honolulu International Airport, take the H1 to the Punahou off-ramp and turn right onto Punahou Street. Then, turn right onto Beretania Street and left on Kalakaua Avenue. Kalakaua splits into Kalakaua and Kuhio. Go to the left to Kuhio Avenue. From Kuhio Avenue, turn left onto Nahua Street, left on Ala Wai Boulevard, then left on Nohonani Street. The hotel does not have an airport shuttle service. Guests can contact Ilima Tours by phone in baggage claim area for Waikiki transporation (US $9/per person) or Taxi (about US $25-US $30).
