• Each unit at Indian Wells Condoshare is air-conditioned and features television, a patio or balcony with a barbecue, and a mini-kitchen with a stove, oven, refrigerator and microwave.
• Studio units (maximum occupancy 4) have 1 bath, 1 queen bed and 1 queen sleep sofa.
• One-bedroom units (maximum occupancy 4) have 1 bath, 1 queen bed, and 1 queen sleep sofa.
• Studio units are located upstairs; one-bedroom units are located downstairs. The recommended adult occupancy for both studio and one-bedroom units is 2.
• A US$100 security/key deposit is required at check-in.
• The property has two floors and no elevators.
• Partial housekeeping service is provided mid-week.
• Pets are not allowed at this resort.
• All units are non-smoking.
• Recreational vehicles cannot park in the city of Indian Wells by city ordinance.
• Please notify the resort if you anticipate arriving after 8 p.m. on Friday or after 12 p.m. on Saturday. The resort charges a $25 after hours check-in service fee.

The nearest commercial airport is Palm Springs Regional Airport, about 17 miles away. From the airport, take Ramon Rd., turn left (east) and continue about 5 miles to the I-10. Turn right on I-10. heading east to the Washington St. exit. Turn right (south) and go about 4 miles to the intersection of Washington St and Hwy 111. Turn Right on Hwy 111(west.) First light is Plaza La Quinta. Turn left into the shopping center. The office is six doors down from Von's grocery store. Check-In office is not on resort property. From Ontario or Los Angeles airport, take I-10 east to the Washington Street exit, and proceed as above.
