- Each unit at Ocean East Resort Club is air-conditioned and has cable television with a VCR or DVD player and HBO.
- All units also have a full kitchen with a microwave oven, dishwasher, and garbage disposal.
- A postal service and a message service are available on-site.
- Although Ocean East is a beachfront property, not all units have an ocean view or a balcony.
- Please note that there is no smoking within the building or units.
- Studio units (maximum occupancy 4) have 1 bath, 1 murphy bed, and 1 sleep sofa. These units are well-appointed with the living
area and sleeping area in the same room.
- 1 bedroom units (maximum occupancy 4) have 1 bath, 1 double bed, and 1 sleep sofa.
- 2 bedroom units (maximum occupancy 6) have 1 bath, 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and 1sleep sofa.
- The resort will not be able to upgrade your unit size upon arrival.
- A US$100 security deposit is required at check-in, payable only by credid card.
- If you are between the ages of 21 and 25 and are not traveling with a parent, you will be required to pay a deposit of US$300.
- The resort does not offer a maid service, but linen exchange is available mid-week.

- There is a $100 USD security deposit due at the time of check-in. If consumer is between the ages of 21 - 25 the security
deposit increases to $300 USD. The credit card imprint or check will be refunded two weeks after check out.
- Studio units are recommended for two adults.
- All unit assignments are final and most units do not have gulf views. No smoking allowed.
- No parking for trailers.
