• Pets are not allowed at this resort.
• The outdoor pool is closed from Thanksgiving to Easter. Please call for specific pool opening/closing dates.
• A $100 security deposit (check or cash) is required at check-in. Deposit is returned 2-4 weeks after checkout.
• Guests must be at least 25 years old or married to check in.
• Please notify the resort if you anticipate a late arrival (after 5 p.m. Monday-Friday, after 6 p.m. Saturday-Sunday).
• Two parking spaces are available for each villa; the resort cannot accommodate boats and trailers.
• A car is recommended to fully enjoy the area.

The nearest airport is in New Bern, 30 miles away. Take Highway 70 east to Morehead City. Cross the bridge and causeway to the traffic light in Atlantic Beach. Turn left onto Fort Macon Road (Highway 58 S). The check-in office is on-site.
