In winter, a daily shuttle to the Wolf Creek ski area is offered. Cross-country skiing with rental equipment is also available.

• Some 1 bedroom units have a mini kitchen. These units are best suited for 2 adults only.
• 1 bedroom units (maximum occupancy 4) have 1 bath.
• 2 bedrom units (maximum occupancy 6) have 2 baths.
• 2 bedroom units (maximum occupancy 8) have 2 or 2.5 baths.
• A credit card is required at check-in for a security deposit.
• Each guest is provided with one daily complimentary pass to the local recreation center which provides an indoor pool, hot tub, weight room, and racquetball courts.
• Guests requiring a ground floor or handicap unit, please contact the resort directly in order to make arrangements prior to your arrival.
• Guests are encouraged to attend the Sunday evening activity reception to help plan their vacation.
• No pets are allowed on the property and guests will be charged a US$30 fee for a violation of this policy.
• Ski seasons vary every year, so please contact the resort to verify the dates.
• Please note that none of the units have air-conditioning in them.

From Durango-La Plata County Airport, take Airport Road and turn left onto Highway 172. Turn right onto Highway 160, follow Highway 160 for about 45 miles, and turn left onto Pinon Causeway. Watch for the resort check-in sign on your right about 3 miles after going through town. From Farmington Airport, take Airport Road and turn left onto US-64 East. Turn left onto Scott Avenue, bear right on East Main Street, and turn right onto Highway 160. Follow Highway 160 for about 50 miles and turn let onto Pinon Causeway. From Albuquerque Airport, take I-25 North to Santa Fe, then Highway 84 North to Chama, New Mexico. Continue onto Pagosa Springs, Colorado. Turn left on Highway 160. From Denver Airport, take I-25 South to Walsenburg, and then Highway 160 West through Alamosa to Pagosa Springs.
