Lake Shore Village Resort is located in central New Hampshire, about 20 miles southwest of the capital city of Concord. The resort looks out onto Lake Horace and the surrounding forestland. Rustic, log-sided vacation homes fit right in with the unspoiled surroundings yet offer modern comfort and convenience. Summer activities revolve around the lake: A fishing boat is provided for you. Canoes, sailboats, and paddleboats are also available. In winter, this region becomes a skiing center. Within a few miles of Lake Shore Village Resort is Pat's Peak, with a top elevation of 1,400 feet.

• Each unit at Lake Shore Village Resort has a full kitchen with a dishwasher. Most units also have a fireplace and a television with VCR.
• Two-bedroom units (maximum occupancy 6) have a .75 bath (shower only) 1 queen bed, 1 sleep sofa and either two bunk beds or twin beds.
• Three-bedroom units (maximum occupancy 8) have 1.75 baths, 1 queen bed, 1 double bed, 2 bunk beds and 1 sleep sofa.
• Please notify the resort if you anticipate a late arrival.
• A $100 security deposit is required at check-in.
• There are no rental fees for resort boats, but a fee for fuel will be charged.
• Ski seasons vary each year; contact the resort to verify dates.
• Pets are not allowed at this resort.
• A car is recommended to fully enjoy the area.

Get on 114 north and follow through Goffstown for 10 miles to the center of Weare. 1 mile after Mobile gas station, take the first left at intersection 77. You will see the Shore Village Resort sign have 4 miles to travel to the resort.

From Boston: Take I-93 north to I-89 north to Exit 2. Go left onto Rt 13 which turns into Rt 77 (approx 12 miles) to Rt 114. (On 114) At the stop sign, continue to go straight to Reservoir Drive. Follow Lake Shore Village Resort signs. You are 3 miles from the resort.
