Located in scenic Fraser, Indian Peaks is just minutes from the Winter Park/Mary Jane ski area. Skiing, snowboarding, snowmobiling,
and sleigh rides are available. Free shuttles are offered during ski season. Summer fun around Indian Peaks includes fishing,
boating, hiking and golfing. Enjoy the more than 600 miles of trails for hiking and biking, or tee up at the Pole Creek Golf
Course, just 10 miles away. The entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park is 30 miles away.

- Two-bedroom units (maximum occupancy 6) have 1.5 baths, 1 queen bed, 2 twin beds and 1 sleep sofa.
- Two-bedroom loft units (maximum occupancy 8) have 3 baths, 2 queen beds, 2 twin beds and 1 queen sleep sofa.
- Pets are not allowed at this resort.
- The resort has no elevators.
- Many local restaurants and shops are closed during the off season (October through May).

Denver is nearest major airport, 82 miles. From the airport, take Pena Blvd to I-70W, then take exit 232. Follow highway
40 over Berthoud Pass to Winter Park. Go thru two traffic lights. Pass Beaver Village Condoson the left to Snowblaze. Check-in
is on the second floor in the Snowblaze building. The check in desk is open daily but hours are seasonal. Please call 970-726-8501
for office hours, late arrivals, special needs or for any questions you may have. Credit card imprint or US$100 cash/check
required at check in as a security deposit.
