At Kuhio Banyan Club, you'll be surrounded by Honolulu's biggest and best attractions. World-famous Waikiki Beach is just
blocks away. Right across the street is the International Market Place. The acclaimed Ala Wai Golf Course is near Kuhio Banyon
Club as well, and Ala Wai Yacht Harbor is within minutes from your unit. Be sure to visit Diamond Head State Monument and
take the half-mile hike to the rim of the extinct crater for a spectacular view of Honolulu.

- Your vacation home at Kuhio Banyan Club is air-conditioned and has a color television.
- Hotel units (maximum occupancy 2) have a .75 bath (shower only), 1 queen bed or 2 twin beds.
- Studio units (maximum occupancy 4) have .75 bath (shower only), 1 Murphy bed and 1 sleep sofa.
- One-bedroom units (maximum occupancy 4) have 2.75 baths, 1 queen bed and 1 sleep sofa.
- Same units are located above a disco in the same building.
- Smoking is not allowed at this resort except for a small selection of units.
- Please notify the resort if you anticipate a late arrival.
- A $100 security deposit is required at check-in.

Honolulu airport is ten miles away from the resort. Take Nimitz Highway, which becomes Ala Moana Blvd. Cross Kalakaua Avenue
(where the road splits) and stay inthe left lane which is Kuhio Avenue. The resort is 10 blocks farther on your left. (The
resort recommends taking a shuttle from the airport.) No onsite-parking available. Nearby parking available for $18 per
day. Call for Directions. Public transportation is available.

- 2009 transient occupancy tax is $2.74/day or $19.18/week. Also there is a daily surcharge of $6 per day or $42/week. Limo
service is available from the airport for a fee. No parking on sight. No pool at resort. Some of the units are above a disco
dance club. Resort strictly enforces occupancy limits. Studios too small for 4 adults. We recommend 2 adults/2 children.
$100 security deposit is required at check-in. Refund 5 days after check-out. Non-refundable $21 per week charge for local
calls, room safe and beach equipment. Front desk hours: 7AM-10PM. If arriving after 10 pm, you must call 808-923-5887 prior
to checkin to arrange for a late arrival.
