Powder Ridge Village offers stunning scenery and year-round recreation. Eden is located in the Wasatch Mountains of north-central
Utah. In winter, you can ski in, ski out to the Powder Mountain with 25 trails on three interconnected mountains. The slopes
of Nordic Valley and Snow Basin are both a short drive away. In summer, Pine View Lake (12 miles away) offers sailing, waterskiing,
fishing, and windsurfing. An 18-hole golf course is just five miles away. Regardless of season, Powder Ridge Village offers
spacious vacation homes with helpful amenities such as satellite televisions, fireplace and microwave ovens.

Salt Lake City International Airport is about 55 miles away. There is a smaller airport in Ogden, about 19 miles away.
From the Salt Lake City airport, take I-15N to Exit 344, 12th Street exit in Ogden. Travel east through Ogden Canyon and
turn left at the Pine View Reservoir Dam. Follow the signs to Powder Mountain Ski Area. Go approximately 1/2 mile beyond
the Powder Mountain lower lift area and watch for the Powder Ridge Village sign. Turn right onto dirt road, which is very
very steep and winding. The resort is one mile farther on the left.

- Resort Located At Very High Elevation, 9300 Feet. Road Is Very Steep And Winding (7% Grade) And The Last Mile Is Dirt. It
Is Strongly Suggested That Members Have Tire Chains Or 4 Wheel Drive Vehicles As Resort Is Not Equipped To Tow Cars Up The
Mountain.
- Resort Charges "Winter Road Usage Fee Of $15 (1-3 Days) Or $25 (3-7 Days) Whenever There Is Snow On The Ground.
- The Resort Is 3 Levels And Has No Elevators. All Units Have Exterior Steps Leading Either Up Or Down To Unit Entrance.
- Resort Is 90 Minute Drive From Park City Skiing. Ski Season Varies By The Year. Please Contact The Resort Directly For Ski
