The resort features a casino, two restaurants, four tennis courts, five pools, water sports, a health spa, shopping arcade, and more. Most of the 342 spacious and well-appointed suites offer balconies with Bay views.

• Your vacation home has air-conditioning (in the bedroom only), a television, and a full kitchen with a microwave oven and dishwasher.
• The resort has 3-5 floors with elevators.
• The resort has many varying bedroom and bathroom sizes and accommodations.

• Construction is in progress, causing some noise to be heard from 11:00 AM-4:00 PM.
• The resort requires a US$250 security deposit payable by credit card or cash upon check-in.
• There is a government tax of US$50 per unit/week.
• Mid-week towel change is available at no extra charge.
• A daily maid service is optional for a fee when requested at check-in.
• Pool and beach towels are available.
• There is a fee for the health club.
• A departure tax of US$30 per person is charged at the airport when leaving the island.
• Phone calls can be very expensive on the island.
• At least one member of the travel party must be at least 25 years old, but this is waived if guests are a married couple.

Guests are advised to take a taxi to the resort. From the Princess Juliana Airport, go approximately 15 minutes south to the resort. The resort is just across Simpson Bay from the airport. Car rental is available in the resort lobby. U.S. proof of citizenship is required to meet immigration requirements. For customs information, contact your travel agent or the Sint Maarten tourism office.
