Hyannis is best known for its large, pretty beaches and deep-water harbor. Courtyard Resort is located in downtown Hyannis, close to the beaches and the docks. In addition to this great location, the resort offers an indoor pool, whirlpool, sauna, sun deck, and restaurant that plays host to live entertainment during the summer season. Set aside time for sightseeing - the Cape is filled with many interesting attractions. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Between April and October, a whale- watching cruise is a must.

• The resort is a motel conversion located in downtown Hyannis.
• The rooms represent the charm of Old Cape Cod.
• Studio units (maximum occupancy 4) have 1 bath, 1 murphy bed, and 1 sleep sofa.
• 1 bedroom units (maximum occupancy 8) have 2 baths, 1 queen bed, 1 murphy bed, and 2 sleep sofas.
• To fully enjoy the area, a car is recommended.
• The resort’s location is in commercial downtown Hyannis Main Street.
• The resort has three floors and there is no elevator.
• Please note that the resort must be advised of late arrivals in advance. Failure to notify the resort may delay check-in until the next morning.
• Units are recommended for one adult couple.
• Most shops and restaurants are closed during the off-season.
• All exchange guests and guests traveling with a Guest Certificate must be at least 21 years old.

From Boston Logan International Airport, take Highway 93 South to Route 3 South to the Sagamore Bridge, and Route 6 to exit 6 (Route 132). Travel down route 132 past the Marriott Courtyard and travel toward Hyannis Center. At the Rotary, take the second right (Barnstable Road) toward Hyannis Center. At the next stoplight, turn right (Winter Street). Go straight through the stop sign to the next traffic light. Take a right. The resort is the second driveway on the right.

From Hyannis Airport, (a small commuter airport), go south on Barnstable Road, enter the next roundabout, and take the 3rd exit onto Barnstable Road. Turn right onto Main Street and follow to the resort.
