Hiawatha Manor West at Lake Tansi offers both beautiful surroundings and a wealth of recreation. Splash away in any of our four lakes located on property, a mile from your unit. Tansi Marina is open May through September. Small bass fishing boats are available for rental, for fishing only. Other recreational facilities at Hiawatha Manor West at Lake Tansi include two outdoor pools, one indoor pool, a sandy beach, and an 18-hole, PGA championship golf course. A mile from your unit, you’ll also find a playground, a health spa with indoor racquetball courts, a whirlpool and saunas.

• Vacation units are air-conditioned and have telephone, television, VCR, a fireplace, a dishwasher and a microwave.
• Although the beach and lake are located on-site, units are at least 1 mile from the lake.
• One-bedroom units (maximum occupancy 4) have 1 bath, 1 queen bed and 1 sleep sofa.
• Two-bedroom units (maximum occupancy 6) have 1.75 baths, 1 queen bed, 2 twin beds and 1 sleep sofa.
• Resort units are two-story townhomes with interior stairs.
• Coin operated laundry facilities are available on-site.
• Pets are not allowed at this resort.
• A US$100 security deposit (cash or credit) is required at check- in.
• Please call two weeks in advance for golf tee times (only soft spike shoes allowed).
• Children must be at least 14 years old to golf and 17 years old to use the weight room.
• Some amenities are seasonal and require additional fees for guests older than 6.

The nearest commercial airport is in Knoxville, about 75 mi from the resort. Take Hwy 40 W to Crossville Exit 322, turn left go over the bridge at the "T" turn right onto Hwy 70. Go approx 3 miles (Hwy 70 will turn into Hwy 101) continue straight ahead on 101 go 4 mi, turn left onto Hwy 282. Proceed 2 miles to resort. Check-in on the right. From Nashville: Take Hwy 40 East/Crossville to exit # 317, then turn right onto Hwy 127 South towards Crossville. Follow Hwy 127 South approx. 4 miles and turn right onto Hwy 101. Continue on Hwy 101 approx. 4 miles and turn left onto Hwy 282. Continue for 2 miles. Resort Check-in is on the right. Contact Resort if Arriving after 5:00 P.M.
