units are furnished in the style of the Colonial period, yet resort amenities are refreshingly up to date.
Here you can enjoy indoor and outdoor pools, tennis, miniature golf, an onsite masseuse, and a recreation center. A new video
gaming complex includes 30 state-of-the-art games.
The Williamsburg historic area is less than a mile from the resort, and Jamestown settlement, Yorktown, The College of William
and Mary, and Busch Gardens are all located nearby.

From Williamsburg/Newport News Airport, take I-64 West to the Colonial Williamsburg/Camp Perry exit (238). Turn left onto
Route 143 East and then turn right onto Route 132. Follow to Route 60 West (first stop light) and turn right. Proceed approximately
1 mile to Waller Mill Road (second stop light), turn right, and check-in at the Kingsgate Welcome Center.
From Richmond Airport, take I-64 East to the Colonial Williamsburg/Camp Perry exit (238). Turn right onto Route 143 East and
then turn right onto Route 132 South. Follow to Route 60 West and turn right. Proceed approximately 1 mile to Waller Mill
