• A laundry facility is available on-site to those guests with no washer/dryer in their unit.
• No smoking is permitted in the units.
• 1 bedroom units (maximum occupancy 4) have 1 bath, 1 queen bed, and 1 sleep sofa.
• 1 bedroom units (maximum occupancy 6) have 2 baths, 1 king bed, and 2 queen sleep sofas.
• 2 bedroom units (maximum occupancy 8) have 2 baths, 1 king bed, 2 double beds, and 1 sleep sofa.
• 3 bedroom units (maximum occupancy 10) have 3 baths, 1 king bed, 2 double beds, 1 queen bed, and 2 sleep sofas.
• 2 bedroom units (maximum occupancy 6) have 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and 1 sleep sofa.
• A housekeeping fee is charged.
• The maximum occupancy limit is strictly enforced.

• The resort has three floors, and there are no elevators.
• B and D units do not have a dishwasher, and D units also do not have a washer/dryer.

From the Orlando International Airport, take 528 (Beeline) West (toll road) until it ends and exit I-4 West (Tampa/ Attraction Area). Continue on I-4 West to route 192 West (exit 64B). Once on 192 West, stay in the far left lanes until you pass the entrance to Walt Disney World®. Continue on 192 to the forth traffic light. Turn right onto Sherberth Road and make an immediate left onto Black Lake Road. The resort entrance and security gate will be on the right. The resort does not permit boats, trailers, trucks, vans, or campers in excess of 20 feet long on the premises.
