• All air-conditioned units at Coconut Bay Resort feature a telephone, television, and a full kitchen with a microwave oven.
• Studio units (maximum occupancy 4) have 1 bath, a queen bed, and a sleep sofa.
• 1 bedroom units (maximum occupancy 4) have 1 bath, either a king or queen bed, and a sleep sofa.
• 1 bedroom units (maximum occupancy 4) have 1 1/2 baths, either a king or queen bed, and a sleep sofa.
• 2 bedroom units (maximum occupancy 6) have 2 baths, either a king or a queen bed, 2 twin beds, and a sleep sofa.
• There is an elevator in the 3 story building only.
• A mandatory imprint of a credit card or a US$100 security deposit is required at check-in.
• If you anticipate arriving after office hours on any day, please contact the resort for check-in procedures. If prior arrangements are not made, you will be unable to check-in until the next day and must find your own accommodations for the night.
• The unit's maximum occupancy is strictly enforced.
• No rollaway beds are permitted in the units.

From the Fort Lauderdale Airport, take US1 North to Sunrise Boulevard (U.S. 1 North turns into Sunrise for about a quarter of a mile). Go east on Sunrise. Follow signs to the Beach. Go over the Intracoastal Drawbridge. The first stop light after the drawbridge is Birch Road, turn right. Coconut Bay is next door to the 7-11 on the corner. The office is open until 7:00 PM on Saturday and from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM on Sunday. If arriving outside of these hours, you must contact the resort in advance or you will be unable to check in until the next business day and will need to secure your own accommodations.
