• All units feature a full kitchen with microwave, satellite television and ceiling fans in the master bedroom and dining room.
• Three bedroom villas are two stories. The lower level includes a dining room, living room and kitchen. The upper level includes three baths, three bedrooms, and a sitting room.
• Three-bedroom units (maximum occupancy 8) have 2.5 baths, 1 queen bed, 1 double bed, and 2 twin beds.
• Two bedroom units (maximum occupancy 6) have 1.5 baths, 1 double bed, 2 twin beds and a double sleep sofa.
• Parking is limited to one space per unit.
• Orientation is available on Monday mornings.
• An on-site tour operator is available.
• A refundable $100 security deposit and $40 utility surcharge is required at check-in.
• All units are non-smoking.

Villas Palmas is located ten miles from the San Jose Airport. From the airport, take the Panamerican Highway to San Jose. Then take the cut-off to "Best Western (Hotel Irazu)" and go 1 1/2 blocks (300 meters) East and turn right and go one block (100 meters) South. Transportation from the airport to resort is complimentary.
