1995 with a goal of creating a true home-away-from-home atmosphere. The 72-room property is intimate and inviting. The resort
area surrounding Sandyport Beaches offers a wonderful mix of quiet retreat, casino fun and island adventure, all easily accessible

- Each unit at Sandyport Marina Village is located along the main canal, a few minutes’ walk from the beach, and has either a pool/garden or canal view.
- One-bedroom units have 1 king bed and 1 sleep sofa.
- Two-bedroom units have 2.5 baths, 1 king bed, either 1 queen bed or 2 double beds, and 2 sleep sofas.
- Three-bedroom units have 3.5 baths, 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, and 2 sleep sofas.
- Units with the name “1bedbcpk” have limited kitchen facilities.
- Housekeeping is provided once per week (Wednesdays).
- A US$100 deposit is required at check-in.
- There is a government occupancy tax per unit, per week (US$24 for studios, US$37 for one-bedrooms, US$51 for two-bedrooms
and US$62 for three-bedrooms).
- There is a US $10 per person per day energy surcharge for all guests 12 years old and above.
- A car is recommended to fully enjoy the island.

The nearest commercial airport is Nassau International, approximately 3 miles away. From the airport drive 1.5 miles (northeast)
to West Bay (which runs along the north coast). Turn right and drive 1.5 miles to Sandyport. The "Poopdeck" at Sandyport
