Sea Gardens Beach and Tennis Resort offers the right mix of amenities and activities to create the perfect family vacation. The property is located just across the street from the beach, where you can bask in the sun or splash in ocean waves. Take a dip in the crystalline waters of the four onsite swimming pools (three are heated) or practice your serve on one of seven clay courts two blocks away. Two shuffleboard courts also are available, as well as the amenities offered by the adjacent Wyndham Ocean Palms Resort.

• Your air-conditioned unit features a telephone and a television with a VCR.
• The resort has two buildings on the beach (studios only - units ending in 00-12) and five across the street.
• Hotel units (maximum occupancy 2) have 1 bath, a partial kitchen, and a king bed; there is no sitting area or balcony. These units are small.
• Studio units (maximum occupancy 4) have 1 bath, 1 queen bed, and a sleep sofa.
• 1 bedroom units (maximum occupancy 4) have 1 or 1.5 baths, 1 queen, and a sleep sofa.
• 1 bedroom lock-off units (units ending in 21, 22, 23, 24--maximum occupancy 6) have 1 3/4 baths, 1 queen bed, 1 king bed, and 1 sleep sofa.
• 2 bedroom units (maximum occupancy 6) have 2 baths and varied bedding configurations.
• Unit assignments are final and no upgrades can be made.
• There is a charge for all out-going calls made on the phones in the units.
• A US$100 deposit or credit card imprint is required at check-in.
• Daily and mid-week housing are available for a fee.
• A unit view is not guaranteed.
• Some B units share a balcony with a lock-off unit.
• Housekeeping Fees - Hotel and Studio are $40.00 - 1 Bed and greater are $65.00

From the Fort Lauderdale Airport, take I-95 North to Atlantic Boulevard. Go east on Atlantic to A1A (Ocean Boulevard). Go north on A1A approximately 3/4 of a mile. Resort check-in will be on the left side of A1A.
