Beautiful Summer Bay Resort is just minutes from Walt Disney World® and Universal Studios. The resort offers free transportation to Disney parks, but you may not be as eager to leave when you see what Summer Bay has to offer: heated pools, a beach with Jet Skis and other water sports, Kokomos Tiki Bar, miniature golf, game room, horsehoes, tennis, volleyball, basketball, shuffleboard - even children and family activity programs. Of course, if you still have the time and energy to visit a theme park, you can buy your Disney tickets onsite.

- All Summer Bay Resort Condominiums are air-conditioned with a full gourmet kitchen, microwave oven, and washer/dryer.
- Some of the second floor condominiums are accessed by stairs.
- 1 bedroom units (maximum occupancy 4) have 1 bath, 1 queen bed, and 1 sleep sofa.
- 2 bedroom units (maximum occupancy 8) have 2 baths, 1 queen bed, 2 full beds, and 1 queen sleep sofa.
- 3 bedroom units (maximum occupancy 12) have 3 baths, 2 queen beds, 2 full beds, and 2 queen sleep sofas.
- Condominiums are assigned upon arrival.
- Summer Bay Resort offers various accommodations to upgrade for a fee.
- A security deposit of US$150 is required.
- Guests must be 21 years of age or older to register.
- A car is recommended to fully enjoy the area.
- The Summer Bay Resorts shopping center is located on the property and it has a grocery store, pizza shop, library, and more.
- Summer Bay Resort offers free air-conditioned shuttle transportation to transfer guests to the several locations on the 365
acre resort.

From the Orlando International Airport, take the north airport exit to 528 West Beeline to 528 West to the I-4 West exit.
