Waterville Valley is a popular family vacation spot in all seasons. It's a valley with its own village and town square, completely
surrounded by the White Mountain National Forest. The downhill and cross-country skiing are great. The indoor and outdoor
sports center is just a few blocks from the resort and available for all Waterville Valley guests. So are the White Mountains,
which seem to cast a spell over mountain bikers and hikers. For bank fishing activities, there is a large pond located nearby.

The nearest major airport is in Manchester, about 70 miles away.
From Manchester airport: Take I-293 to I-93 North to Exit 28. After Exit 28 make a right onto Route 49 and travel for 11
miles. Turn onto Packard's Road and the resort will be the second right at The Birches Building.
From Boston, 130 miles away: Take I-93 North and follow as above.
From New York, 325 miles away: Take I-95 to I-91 to I-84 to the Massachuesettes Turnpike to I-290 to I-495 to Rt. 3 N to I-93
N to Exit 28. Then, take route 49 for 11 miles to the resort village and the resort.

- There is a $250 security deposit by Visa or MasterCard required at check-in.
- Units do not have air conditioning.
- Resort has two to four levels with NO elevator or wheelchair access. If you have special needs feel free to call one of our
vacation guides. They will do their best to find you a unit or resort that is special needs accessible.
- There is no outside access to the units.
- Only first floor units starting with 1 have hot tubs. All other units have jacuzzi bath tubs.
- Only some units have fireplaces.
- No pets are allowed.
