Myrtle Beach Int'l is approximately 11 miles from the resort. From the airport or from Route 501, take Hwy 17 Bypass North
approximately 9 miles towards North Myrtle Beach. Landmarks you will pass include "Broadway at the Beach" and the Dixie Stampede.
After you pass the Galleria Shopping Center, turn right at the light onto Lake Arrowhead Road. At the first light,
turn left onto Kings Rd. At the blinking light, turn right and follow the road around the curve. Fairfield Seawatch will
be on your left. Follow signs to the Fairfield Registration for guest check-in. Resort cannot honor
requests for unit upgrades and changes.

- A credit card imprint is required at check-in as a security deposit.
- All units have stairs and there is no elevator. If you have special needs feel free to call one of our vacation guides. They
will do their best to find you a unit or resort that is special needs accessible.
- Biker Festivals occur two different weeks in May and one week in October - excessive noise and traffic congestion may be experienced
during these weeks. You must be 25 yrs. old to check in and a credit card imprint along with identification with a picture
is required at check in. Resort charges mandatory $65 cleaning fee for all less than 7 night reservations. Units do not have
ocean front views. Smoking is not allowed in units or on balconies. A fee is charged to use the exercise equipment. Some 1
bedroom units are more compact and best suited for an adult couple only.
