- All units are air-conditioned and have telephone, television and VCR. Studio units have a partial kitchen with a dishwasher
and microwave. One- and two-bedroom units have a full kitchen and a washer/dryer.
- Studio units (maximum occupancy 3) have 1 bath, 1 queen bed, and 1 twin sleep sofa.
- One-bedroom units (maximum occupancy 4) have 1 bath, 1 king bed, and 1 double sleep sofa.
- Two-bedroom units (maximum occupancy 8) have 2 baths, 1 king bed, 2 double beds and 1 double sleep sofa.
- The resort is 14 stories high and has two elevators.
- Pets are not allowed at this resort.
- Please contact resort if you anticipate arriving late.
- A US$200 security deposit is required at check-in.
- Any unit requiring a "heavy cleaning" will result in an initial charge of US$50 plus a labor charge of US$50 per hour.
- One parking space is available per unit. The resort cannot accommodate RVs and boats.

The Airport is 24 miles from the resort. Head north on S Minnesota Ave. toward Emery Watts St. Turn left at Les Mauldin
Rd., Turn right at S Iowa Ave., Turn right at Boca Chica Blvd/TX-4, turn left at FM-313/N Minnesota Ave., turn right at E
14th St./TX-48, continue to follow TX-48, turn right at TX-100, continue on Queen Isabella Causeway. Turn left onto Padre
Blvd. Entrance to resort is approximately two blocks just past Blue Rays Restaurant.
