The ski-in/ski-out feature at The Jordan Grand Hotel makes it the perfect winter vacation spot. But summer visitors to the Jordan Grand can find plenty to do as well, such as hiking, canoeing, and golf. The resort’s 18-hole, Robert Trent Jones-designed golf course is simply spectacular. Other resort amenities include a heated outdoor pool, whirlpool, fitness center and spa and a restaurant.

From Portland, Maine airport (about 70 miles) take I-95 North to exit 63; then take Rt 26 North to Bethel. Follow Rt 26 North
