- Each unit at South Shore Lake Resort has a telephone and a full kitchen with dishwasher, garbage disposal and a microwave
oven. Two- and three-bedroom units have a fireplace, washer/dryer and a whirlpool tub.
- Studio units (maximum occupancy 4) have 1 bath, 1 king bed and 1 sleep sofa.
- Two-bedroom units (maximum occupancy 6) have 2 baths and 2 king beds and 1 sleep sofa OR 1 king bed, 2 full beds and 1 sleep
sofa.
- Three-bedroom units (maximum occupancy 8) have 3 baths, 2 king beds, 2 twin beds and 1 sleep sofa.
- All units have many exterior stairs. All buildings have three floors and no elevators.
- Boat slips are not available at resort.
- A security deposit (Visa or Mastercard) is required at check in. Guest must have a guest certificate.
- Guests arriving after office hours (5 p.m. Monday-Thursday and Saturday/7 p.m. on Friday and Sunday) must check-in the following
morning.
- Pets are not allowed at this resort.
- A car is necessary to fully enjoy the area.

The nearest commercial airport is 60 miles away in Little Rock. From the airport take I-440 south to 30W (toward Texarkana).
Stay on 30W to Hwy 70, Hot Springs exit (#111). Follow 70W about 20 miles to Hwy 7 (Central Avenue). At Central Avenue turn
south (left) and go approximately 6 miles. South Shore will be on the right, after crossing Lake Hamilton. At the South
Shore sign, turn and to go the top of the hill. Check in (behind guard station) at Welcome Center. Feb. 2nd 2007 South
Shore Lake Resort is a private gated community. Gates do close daily at 8 pm. Call the resort in advance if you plan on
arriving after 8pm on checkin day so you can arrange to pick up keys.

- Check in hours are 9AM to 4PM, with extended hours on both Friday and Sunday until 7PM. Guest cannot checkin outside of these
hours. If a late arrival is necessary, please call the resort two days prior to arrival to make arrangements.
- This is a gated community. Follow the posted instructions at the gate for entry onto the property. The resort does not have
wireless access.
