Bay provides the setting for boating, fishing, and waterskiing. Twenty golf courses are situated within 30 miles of Marina
Bay Resort, and tennis courts are within 2 miles. For superb sight-seeing and family fun, visit Fort Walton Beach's Gulfarium
and the Big Kahuna's Water Park.

Should Not Call The Resort If They Are Not In a Unit That Starts With a (One) They Will "Not" Be On The Ground Floor!!
- Units That Start With a (1) Is A Ground Floor Unit. If Member Needs Ground Floor Or Handicap Unit, Only Confirm Them To A
Unit That Starts With A 1. Unit 125 And 134 Are The Only Handicap Units At The Resort. The Resort Does Not Have An Elevator.
- There Is A Fee Of $50 Plus 7% Tax To Dock A Boat At The Resort. A $100 Deposit Is Taken By Credit Card Or Cash. Studio Units
