- All units at Breezy Point Timeshare are air-conditioned and have at least one whirlpool spa and/or washer/dryer.
- 1 bedroom units with a maximum occupancy 4 have 1 bath, 1 queen bed and 1 sleep sofa.
- 1 bedroom units with a maximum occupancy of 6 have 2 baths, 1 king or queen bed, 1 queen bed and 1 sleep sofa.
- 2 bedroom units (maximum occupancy 6) have 1 or 2 baths, 2 queen or full beds and 1 sleep sofa.
