Located in San Diego County, just 30 miles north of the city, Villas On The Greens At The Welk Resort offers 600 acres of vacation fun in a lovely setting. It's all here: two 18-hole golf courses, six swimming pools, four lighted tennis courts, two exercise rooms, a lap pool, a waterslide, a convenience market, a Pizza Hut Express, the Canyon Grille Restaurant – even a theater featuring Broadway-style shows. Guests at Villas On The Greens also may book escorted tours to Hollywood and Mexico, or take a short drive to enjoy the area's beaches and attractions such as the San Diego Zoo and Disneyland.

• Buildings have up to three floors and no elevator; please notify the resort in advance if you require a unit without stairs.
• Each unit is air-conditioned and has television with DVD or VCR, and a kitchen with a dishwasher and microwave. Some units have a combination microwave/convection oven, and some units have a washer/dryer.
• One-bedroom units (maximum occupancy 4) have 1 bath,1 king bed or 2 twin beds, and 1 sleep sofa.
• Coin-operated laundry facilities are located nearby.
• Two-bedroom units (maximum occupancy 8) have 1.75 baths, 2 king beds or 1 king and 2 twin beds, and 2 queen sleep sofas.
• Pets, RVs, and rollerblading/skateboarding are not allowed at this resort.
• A car is necessary to fully enjoy the area.
• Guests must be 21 years of age unless accompanied by an adult.

From San Diego airport (42 miles) take Harbor Drive and follow the signs for 'Downtown.' At Grape Street, turn left and follow the signs for I-5 South. Exit at the Escondido/163 Freeway North. 163 North becomes I-15 North. Stay on I-15 North about 20 miles, past Escondido. Exit at Deer Springs/Mountain Meadow Rd. Turn right at the exit ramp stop light. Immediately turn left at the next stop sign onto Champagne Blvd. Welk Resort Center is about 3 miles north, on the right. From Los Angeles airport (112 miles) take I-405 South to I-5 South, to Highway 78 East, to I-15 North. Follow directions above from I-15 North.
