- All units at Aviawest are air-conditioned and have a television. Units are small, urban hotel style suites. Some units have
partial kitchens, which offer limited cooking utensils and very limited space for food preparation and storage.
- There are many fine and fast food restaurants, cafes and pubs within a two block radius.
- Please notify the resort if you anticipate a late arrival (a CD$50.00 fee will be charged for late arrivals without prior
arrangements).
- The underground parking lot is privately owned, and available to guests for about $15 per day.

From Vancouver airport: Travel north on Cambie Street toward downtown Vancouver. After crossing the Cambia Street Bridge,
continue straight ahead 3 blocks and turn right on Hamilton Street. Check-in is located at 868 Hamilton on the south side
of the hotel. Enter 1/2 block south on Hamilton just off Robson. Check-in is located in Aviawest office adjacent to the convenience
store.

- Resort Office hours are 9AM to 9PM. Please contact resort before 8PM to arrange for late arrival lock box arrangements. There
is a $50 fee for late arrivals without prior notice. Some units have partial kitchens which offer limited cooking utensils
and very limited space for food preparation and storage. The underground parking lot is privately owned and available to guests
at approximately $15 per day. Housekeeping fees for stays less than 7 nights: $35 for Studios and 1BR units & $45 for 2BR
units. Maximum occupancy rules are strictly enforced. Guests may have to change rooms during their stays.
- Aviawest does not own hotel and therefore requests all questions and or assistance be made with Aviawest check-in centre located
next to the hotel.
- A credit card is required for security deposit at check-in.
