• One-bedroom units (maximum occupancy 4) have 1 bath, 1 queen bed and 1 queen sleep sofa.
• Two-bedroom units (maximum occupancy 6) have 2 baths, 1 king bed, 1 queen bed or 2 twin beds, and 1 queen sleep sofa.
• Two-bedroom loft units (maximum occupancy 8) have 2 baths, 2 queen beds, 1 double bed and 1 queen sleep sofa OR 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 2 twin beds and 1 queen sleep sofa.
• All units are non-smoking.
• All units require stair access and some have stairs leading to the bedroom.
• The tennis club charges a fee for use.

Fairfield Ocean Ridge is located in Edisto Island, 45 miles south of Charleston and 95 miles north of Savannah. From Charleston, take US Hwy 17 South to State Hwy 174 East. Travel 22 miles to Fairfield Ocean Ridge. Just as you enter the town limits, turn right onto Jungle Rd. Go to stop sign and turn right. Go 3/4 of a mile and turn left into Ocean Ridge entrance. From Savannah, take I-95 to Point South Exit 33 to US Hwy 17 through Jacksonboro, cross the Edisto River. Proceed six miles and turn right on State Hwy 174 East. Proceed as above. Driving distance is 2 1/2 hours to Hilton Head and 3 1/2 hours to Myrtle Beach.
