- The resort only allows for two units maximum either concurrent or consecutive. Guest certificate is required for the second
unit, but is not necessary on consecutive confirmations if account holder is travelling. The resort will no be able to accept
close date confirmations (48 hrs.) prior to arrival. A state tax of three percent will be charged. There is ongoing remodeling
on site. Guests may experience noise in different resort areas. The resort pool is closed until June 2010, in the meantime
guests can use The Grand Mayan pool.
