- One in five year rule strictly enforced as a Group Rule. Two units maximum either concurrent or consecutive allowed.
- Guest certificate required on the second unit confirmed or if member is not traveling. Violations will be cancelled.
- Close date confirmations made forty eight hours prior to the check in date are not accepted.
- A state lodging tax of two percent will charged during check out.
- Some restaurants will be closed until further notice.
- Mayan Owners traveling to Mayan must deposit an ownership week to exchange.
- Hotel units are recommended for 2 Adults & 2 Children ages 12 and under, 1BR units are recommended for 3 Adults & 2 Children
