• Each unit has air-conditioning in the living room area.
• Each unit also has cable television and telephones.
• Each full kitchen includes an electric oven and stove, a full size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave oven, and a washer and dryer.
• 1 bedroom units (maximum occupancy 4) have either 1 king OR 1 queen size bed, 1 queen sofa sleeper, 1 bath, and a private lanai.
• The Kona Reef Main office and check-in is located three (3) doors away from the Hotel Front Office in Suite F3.
• Kona Reef has a Saturday check-in.
• A courtesy phone is available until 10:00 PM.
• Please contact the office in advance to receive an approval code and other late check-in instructions if arriving after 10:00 PM local time on Saturday.
• If arriving any other day than Saturday, please contact the resort in advance to reconfirm the reservation and report the estimated time of arrival.
• A car is recommended to fully enjoy the area.
• All units are non-smoking.
• A credit card imprint is required at the time of check-in as a form of security deposit.
• Fees are charged for additional housekeeping services and a late departure.

From the Kona International Airport, turn right onto Highway 19. Proceed 6 miles to Palani Road. Turn right at Palani Road. Drive along Palani Road through the traffic light. Palani Road becomes Alii Drive as it winds left. As the road turns into Alii Drive, Kona Reef is exactly 1 mile away on the right side (Oceanside) of Alii Drive. Kona Reef has a blue tile roof.
