- Each unit at Steele Hill Resort – South is air conditioned and features cable television with DVD and a ski locker. Studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom units have a balcony, a gas fireplace, a washer/dryer and a full kitchen. Hotel, one-bedroom and two-bedroom units have a 2-person Jacuzzi tub.
- Hotel units (maximum occupancy 2) have 1 bath, and 1 king bed.
- Studio units (maximum occupancy 4) have 1 bath, 1 queen Murphy bed, and 1 queen sleep sofa.
- One-bedroom units (maximum occupancy 6) have 2 baths, 1 king bed, 1 queen Murphy bed and 1 queen sleep sofa.
