Peaceful position. 20 ha of grounds with some jogging paths. Swimming pool (12x6) with saline treatment, outdoor shower, equipped sun-trap terrace and pretty view of the hills. In the loggia: laundry room (washing machine). Equipped gazebo, barbecue. Parking. DISTANCES: 600m practice golf course, 4 km Cagli, small but charming town rich is historic evidence (all kinds of shops, small theatre with production in the summertime), 29 km Urbino, 55 km Fano (beaches), 67 km Pesaro. ACCOMMODATION: Gr. fl.: spacious living room (hi.fi) with fireplace that communicates by means of an old archway with the equipped kichen with built-in worktop area (industrial size dishwasher, freezer, oven).
