Cosy apartment (100 m2) situated inside the Aurelian walls, near the Diocletian spa and near to Rome s Termini station.
The apartment is on the 5th floor of an ancient building which has been restored and has a lift and corcierge; the inside
has been extremely well finished with period furniture.
ACCOMMODATION: 5th fl. (with lift): entrance, living/dining room (TV), kitchen, 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedded room, 1 single
bedroom, 1 bathroom with jacuzzi bath. It is possible to have one additional sleeping space (on the single divan in the living
room) to be requested when booking and to be paid for on site. Comfortable furniture. Central heating.
LOCATION: The area provides alot of amenities: underground railway station 70 m away, there are food shops, pizzerias, trattorias,
restaurants, snack bars, coin operated laundries, book shops and many other kinds of services.
