Central part: entrance/living room, 1 double bedroom with access to a terrace (abt. 60 m2), with panoramic sea view, 1 bathroom with bath. Lower floor: living/dining room (satellite TV) with access to a terrace, kitchen (oven, dishwasher, washing machine) with access to a terrace, 1 small single bedroom very simply furnished, 1 bathroom with hip bath. The three floors are connected by an internal staircase as well as by an outside staircase which flanks one side of the house and gives access to the top floor bedrooms and to the central floor.
