The house is accessed only by following along a small pedestrian street of 30 m. It is possible to have a parking space near the house (15 Euro/day) on request and to be paid for on the spot. Nonetheless, it is possible to park in the private garages approx. 200 m away. Internet access. A bit farther away is the main beach with bathing facilities, boat hire and connections by sea to Amalfi, Sorrento and Capri.
