Just on the edge of Twitchell Pond is a mile-long lake in a beautiful valley. Cozy Cove Vacation home is a brightly colored
and modest cabin-like cottage that stands in its own half-acre of grassed and wooded grounds. This is an idyllic and peaceful
spot for the enjoyment of quiet country pursuits. The swimming is great: The water is clear, and the fringe of the pond is
sandy-bottomed. Anchored nearby is a swimming platform (summer only) where you can go to soak up the sun or read a book The
owners of Cozy Cove provide a row boat so you can enjoy the full run of this picturesque pond from sunrise to sunset. Trout,
perch and bass are also plentiful.

Exit Portland Intl. Jetport (Maine) Turn right onto Intl. Pkwy. and left on Jetport. Take ramp left for I-95/Maine Turnpike
North for 16.7 miles. At exit 63, take rampright for US-202 toward Gray. Take Rt. 26 North to Bethel 55mi. from I-95. Enter
city,cross RR tracks & turn right to continue on Rt 26/Railroad St. Pass gas station on the left and Maine Street Realty
is immediately afterwards on the left hand side. Park in front and enter office to collect your key and house information.
If office is closed, an envelope will be left in the entrance with your key and directions to Cosy Cove. Out of office hours
