Stand on one of the two decks of The Meadow on Gray Farm, and you’ll quickly realize what makes this 3-acre hideaway so special. The house overlooks a pond in the neighboring grounds and offers panoramic views of the mountains, including Mount Mansfield, the highest in Vermont. (Should you desire a closer inspection, Mount Mansfield can be accessed either by toll road or gondola ride, where views from the top are spectacular.) The interior of The Meadow on Gray Farm is furnished in a lovely Vermont country style and features a modern kitchen area with large kitchen counter and a cozy sitting area.

• The home features an array of amenities, such as a radio, television, heating, a washer/dryer, a dishwasher, and a microwave.
• The first floor has a living/dining room with lower sitting area around a sunken open fireplace; a well-equipped kitchen area; 2 bedrooms (1 with a double bed and 1 with bunk beds); and a bathroom (bath/shower over toilet).
• The second floor features a master bedroom with queen bed, open fireplace and a door to the deck with a magnificent view. Another bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom (bath/shower over toilet) are also located upstairs.
• There is a $200 security deposit (cash or personal check) required at check-in.
• A travel cot and a highchair are available upon request.
• Smoking and pets are not allowed at this residence.
• A car is recommended to fully enjoy the area.

Exit Burlington International Airport in Burlington Vermont. Depart Main Street. Road name changes to US-2 / Main Street / Theodore Roosevelt Highway for 1.1 miles. Take ramp right and follow signs for I-89 South for 24.7 miles. At exit 10, take ramp right for VT-100 North toward Waterbury/Stowe. Turn left onto SR-100 for 12.9 miles. Keep right onto Randolph Road 1.9 miles. Turn left onto an unpaved lane signed "Meadow on Gray Farm" (just before a farm on the left hand side). If you reach Woodway Drive, you've gone too far.
