Eller Beck is a superb house that delights visitors with its owner’s artistic touch. Set on a spacious property in Manchester Center, the house features boldly colored rooms, rich wood floors, unique wall paintings and a lovely hand-painted rug. A shared but private entrance leads to a sunny, country, modern kitchen. Other areas include a great room, a smaller, formal sitting room, and three themed bedrooms.

• Eller Beck is heated and partially air-conditioned and has phone, satellite television, DVD/video, radio, CD, a washer/dryer, a dishwasher, barbecue and a microwave.
• The first-floor entrance features a shared entry hall; a large kitchen; a great room with living and dining areas, open fireplace and two separate doors leading to the deck; a hallway to the formal living room; two bathrooms and three bedrooms (a master double with en-suite shower room, 1 double and 2 twins).
• A $300 cash deposit is required upon arrival.
• The caretaker shares the entrance and has an apartment over the garage. Although gone most of the time, she will be on hand to assist with cooking meals, stocking the fridge, shopping, etc.
• Smoking and pets are not allowed at this residence.
• A car is recommended to fully enjoy the area.
• Check-in: 4 p.m. Saturday.
• Checkout: 10 a.m. Saturday.

Exit Albany International Airport (New York State). Follow signs for I-87 North Adirondack Northway 2.8 mi. At Exit 7, take ramp right for SR-7 East toward Troy for 29.1 miles. Bear left onto Bennington BYP crossing into VT. Road name changes toSR-279. Take ramp for US-7 North for 21.6miles. At exit 4 take ramp right for VT-11& VT-30. Turn left onto SR-11/SR-30/Depot Street. Turn right onto SR-7A/Ethan AllenHwy/Main Street/North to Manchester Ctr. Continue North on 7A and turn left onto Country Club Estates Road. Follow road as it bends left and turn into the first driveway on your left.
