Situated in the Arkansas foothills of the Ozark Mountains, Fairfield Bay makes it easy for visitors to abandon their everyday
worries. This beautiful resort, located on Greer's Ferry Lake, has a full-service marina and covers more than 14,000 acres,
largely left undeveloped to preserve the natural beauty. The on-site tennis center and golf courses have been rated among
the best in the state. A riding stable, four outdoor pools, indoor pool, fitness center, and miniature golf course are on-site
as well. Area attractions include Blanchard Springs Caverns and the Ozark Folk Center. The entertainment mecca of Branson
is just 125 miles away from Farfield Bay.

- Each unit is air-conditioned and comes with cable television and a washer/dryer. Some units also have a whirlpool bath and
a fireplace.
- Two bedroom units (maximum occupancy 6) have 2 baths, 1 king or queen bed, and either 1 double bed or 2 twin beds and a sleep
sofa.
- Two bedroom lofts (maximum occupancy 8) have 2 baths, 1 king bed, 1 queen bed and 2 sleep sofas.
- Weather permitting, outdoor pools are open May through September. Youth programs are available from June to August.
- The resort requires a security deposit of $100 USD.
- A car is recommended to fully enjoy the resort’s many amenities.

The resort is 85 miles north of Little Rock. Take I-440 east to I-40 west towards Conway. Go north on U.S. 65 to Clinton,
and turn east on Highway 16 to resort. If you anticipate a late check-in, please contact the resort in advance.

- All units have stairs and there is no elevator. If you have special needs feel free to call one of our vacation guides. They
will do their best to find you a unit or resort that is special needs accessible.
- If you are unable to arrive during check-in hours, you must notify the resort in advance to make arrangements.
- A credit card imprint is required atcheck-in as a security deposit.
- The resort is located in a 'dry county' therefore alcohol consumption is confined to private clubs and residences. Resort
collects mandatory $65 cleaning fee for less than seven night stays.
