Sweetwater at Lake Conroe is an outdoor enthusiast’s playground in one of the most beautiful areas of the Lone Star State. Located right on the lake, Sweetwater at Lake Conroe has several nearby marinas to choose from. The lake offers fishing, sailing, waterskiing, and much more. Golfing is available onsite, or you may choose to play one of about a dozen other courses in the area. Other on-site fun includes four outdoor pools and 18 tennis courts. Sightseers will enjoy visiting Sam Houston State Park, the Crighton Theatre, and NASA (a two-hour drive away), plus many museums, festivals, and rodeos.

From Houston, take I-45 north and exit onto Highway 105 west (left). Go about 8 miles to April Sound Country Club. Identify
yourself to the guard at the guard station and ask for directions to the O.R.E. Sweetwater office (unit #4) where you will
pick up your keys.
