Small in size, big on things to do, the intimate Lake Carlos Villas provide a perfect mix of relaxation and fun along the sandy southeast shore of Lake Carlos - the largest lake in the local chain of Minnesota lakes. Lake Carlos Villas resort amenities include indoor and outdoor pools, a sauna, and a lakeside whirlpool. From here a host of area activities are at your disposal, including boating, fishing, exploring Lake Carlos State Park, touring the Carlos Creek Winery, or playing one of several area golf courses.

• Each unit is air-conditioned with 2 televisions, two VCRs, a telephone, dishwasher, microwave oven, garbage disposal, wood or gas fireplace and outdoor barbeque grill.
• One bedroom units (maximum occupancy 4) have 1 bath, 1 queen bed and 1 sleep sofa.
• Two bedroom lofts (maximum occupancy 8) have 1.5 baths, 1 queen bed, 2 twin beds, 1 king bed and 1 sleep sofa.
• Two bedroom units (maximum occupancy 6) have 1 or 1.75 baths, 1 queen bed, 2 twin beds and 1 sleep sofa.
• Three bedroom units (maximum occupancy 8) have 2 baths, 2 queen beds, 2 twin beds and 1 sleep sofa.
• Docking facilities with lifts and slips are provided for your own boat.
• Fishing guides are available.
• Ski seasons vary each year; please contact the resort directly to verify dates.
• A $100 USD security deposit is required upon check-in.

The resort is 150 miles from the Minneapolis International Airport and 100 miles from Fargo, North Dakota. From the Minneapolis airport, take 494 West 30 miles to I94 West. Continue on I94 West for 112 miles to the Alexandria exit, Hwy 29. Follow Hwy 29 N for 4.5 miles. Turn left on County Road 42 and continue for 3 miles. Lake Carlos Villas is on your left. To fully enjoy the area a car is recommended. Parking spaces are available for 2 cars per unit.
