Located between Falmouth and Hyannis, Cape Cod Holiday Estates vacation homes are less than three miles from South Cape Beach and Nantucket Sound. Each vacation home at Cape Cod Holiday Estates is set on a one-third-acre lot and features a sun deck or patio. Guests can use the resort's community center, which boasts a tennis court, a shuffleboard court, an indoor pool, and a putting green. The Atlantic Ocean offers excellent boating and fishing. Equipment rentals, deep-sea fishing charters, whale-watching excursions, and trips to Nantucket Island and Martha's Vineyard are readily available through area marinas.

• Each unit has air-conditioning, a private patio, sundeck, ceiling fan, skylights, 2 televisions, a full kitchen with dishwasher, and a Jacuzzi tub.
• Two bedroom units (maximum occupancy 6) have 2 baths, 1 queen bed, 2 twin beds and 1 sleep sofa.
• Three bedroom units (maximum occupancy 8) have 2 baths, 1 queen bed, 4 twin beds and a queen sleep sofa.
• If you anticipate a late arrival please contact the resort in advance.
• The resort charges a $100 USD security deposit, refunded at check out.
• Some area attractions may be closed during winter months.
• A car is necessary to fully enjoy the area.

From Boston, take Rte 3 South to Cape Cod.Cross Sagamore Bridge onto Rte 6. Take Exit 2, bear right off exit onto Rte 130. Follow 130 for 9 1/2 miles. At the end, turn right onto Rte 28 - follow to Rotary.Take the 4th exit out of rotary onto Great Neck South. **Follow for 3 miles (go pastNew Seabury), bear left onto Great Oak Rd.Entrance is on the left - Sipps Rd. FROM NEW YORK CITY: take I-95 north to Providence, RI to Rte 195 east to 25 South to Cape Cod. Cross over Bourne Bridge. Follow Rte 28 south to exit for Rte 151. Take a right off exit ramp and follow 151 to Mashpee Rotary. Take the 2nd exit out of rotary onto GreatNeck South. (**See directions above).
