washer/dryers and screened in porches; some units also have Jacuzzi tubs. Studio units have a mini-refrigerator and microwave
oven.
- Studio units (maximum occupancy 2) have 1 bath and 2 double beds.
- One bedroom units (maximum occupancy 4) have 1 bath, 1 king or queen bed and 1 sleep sofa.

The nearest major airport is Orlando Int'l, approx. 30 miles away. From the airport take Hwy 417 South (toll road), aka Greeneway.
This will circle behind theairport. Stay on this for about 8 miles and exit onto John Young Pky South. Follow John Young
Pky to Pleasant Hill road. Just before you reach Pleasant Hill road there will be a McDonalds on your right. Turn left
onto Pleasant Hill road. Go approximately 8 miles and the road curve and turn into Cypress Pky. The resort is 1.5 miles
on the left, directly across from Cypress Woods.

- The resort is located in close proximity to a busy highway, which may cause guests to experience noise at times.
- A security deposit is required at check-in. Guest must have a car to enjoy the area, there is no public transportation available.
Taxi service is very expensive. Resort has two levels and no elevator. Poinciana has very limited activities and restaurants
other than resort amentities. No boat campers or R V. Studio units are 317 sq ft and very limited kitchen facilities, there
is a small refridgerator and microwave in a closet. Maximum Occupany levels are enforced. Most Orlando attractions are thrity
to fourty five minutes away.
