Holiday Vacation Condominiums is centrally located to all of the Cape's wonderful attractions. The indoor pool provides year-round
swimming. During the warmer months, relax by the resort's new outdoor pool. In nearby Hyannis, from July through Labor Day,
you can see theater-in-the-round at the Melody Tent or take a harbor tour that offers a view of the Kennedy family's summer
home. Whale-watching tours are popular from early April through late October. Shops and restaurants are nearby.

- Each Holiday Vacation home offers air-conditioning, television, VCR, and hair dryers.
- All units have a coffee maker, sink, and a refrigerator.
- Due to city ordinance, no cooking facilities are in the units. A community kitchen is offered in the clubhouse between the
hours of 9:00 AM-7:00 PM.
- Studio units (maximum occupancy 2) have 1 bath and 1 murphy bed.
- Studio units (maximum occupancy 4) have 1 bath, 1 queen bed, and 1 sleep sofa.
- 1 bedroom units (maximum occupancy 4) have 1 or 2 baths, 1 queen bed, and 1 sleep sofa.
- The units 21-25 and 41-43 are accessable only by stairs.
- If you anticipate a late arrival, please contact the resort in advance for check-in instructions.
- A US$50 CASH security deposit is required.
- To fully enjoy the area, a car is recommended.
- Holiday Vacation is a motel conversion, located on busy Route 28.

From Boston Logan International Airport, take Route 93 South to Highway 3. Continue on Highway 3 until you reach Route 6,
and follow Route 6 to exit 7. Turn left on Willow Street, turn left at the first left (Higgins/Crowell Road), and continue
to the 2nd light. Turn left on Route 28/Main Street. The resort is 1/4 mile on the left.
From Hyannis Airport, (a small commuter airport), go south on Barnstable Road, enter the next roundabout, and take the 4th
exit onto Route 28. Follow Route 28 to the resort.

- The resort will collect at $50 cash security deposit at check in
- Check in is from 4 pm to 9 pm on Saturdays and 9 am to 9 pm on Fridays and Sundays. If you are unable to arrive during check-in
hours, you must notify the resort in advance to make arrangements
- Identification is required at check in
- Due to city ordinance, no cooking facilities are allowed in the units. A community kitchen is available in the clubhouse.
- Some units have stairs and there is no elevator. If you have special needs feel free to call one of our vacation guides.
